Terms and conditions of ''Refer a friend'' offer

For this referral offer the Client refers to the individual purchasing a property with the help of BankProp. The referrer refers to the individual tagging the client in this post. 

1. General terms and conditions apply to the referral offer and you have to refer to a client by tagging him or her in this post prior to the first contact the client and BankProp have had. 
2. To take advantage of this offer clients must be tagged between [15/07/2021] and [31/12/2021] prior to their first contact with BankProp. Only purchases made after tagging via this post will be eligible to this referral offer. 
3. This referral offer entitles referrers to earn an amazon.com OR bol.com voucher of €500 when the client tagged in this post actually signs the private purchase contract for a property. This voucher will be digital. 

The voucher will be emailed to the referrer after the private purchase contract has been signed. BankProp will contact the referrer to get the contact details in order to send the voucher. The voucher of their choice (amazon.com or bol.com) will be sent within 7 days after the private purchase contract has been signed. 

4. This offer is valid for referrals between [15/07/2021] to [31/12/2021] 
5. The property purchased by the client must have a minimum value of €100,000 in order to benefit from this offer. The property purchased must be a new development, meaning the client must be the first owner of the property purchased
6. If the client has been tagged by multiple people, only the first referrer, meaning the individual that tagged the clients first,  will receive the voucher as mentioned in point 3. 
7. Referrers are allowed to earn multiple vouchers during the duration of this offer if multiple clients have been referred and the private purchase contract has been signed. Only one voucher per client can be earned. 
8. To be eligible for this offer, you must be an individual with no connection to a real estate agency in order to refer a client. 
9. BankProp accepts no liability for non-performance or unavailability of the offer due to an external and unavoidable event that makes performance by BankProp of this offer impossible or disproportionately burdensome.
